Online Iridology

Naturopath Newcastle Iridology

Do you know what your eyes say about you? Quite a lot, actually.

Our naturopaths use iridology to determine the current state of your health, how you tend to get sick, and the emotional and behavioural triggers that cause these problems. All that just from looking at the patterns, colours and characteristics of your eye.

At Mullen Health we offer online iridology appointments so that wherever you may be, you can learn about your health using this insight.

During an iridology appointment, our Naturopaths will make personalised recommendations on how you can improve your overall health, including any specific health concerns. Our online assessments are $120 and include:

  • A 30 minute Skype or phone consultation.

  • A full iridology assessment and report.

  • A full case history.

  • Recommendations for your ideal diet and supplement program.

  • Goal setting to achieve your health objectives.

  • Follow-up Q&A is available by email to ensure you have all the knowledge you need to achieve your health goals.

To book an online iridology appointment, simply follow the steps below:

Register your preferred appointment date and time using our online booking form or call on +61 2 4961 4075. We are located in Newcastle, Australia, but can make arrangements to be available depending on your time zone. You will need to pay for your appointment upfront.

STEP 2:

  2. You will then receive our initial client forms to fill in and send back. These must be sent a minimum of 48 hours before your appointment.

  3. Take your iris photos following the steps below. These must be sent and approved before we can confirm your appointment.

  4. Log into Skype at least five minutes before your scheduled time and be ready for your online appointment.

If you want to find out more about iridology, see our testing page.

STEP 3:

Here is how to take your iris photos using a digital camera

To take the best photos for your reading, set your camera to MACRO and use natural day or indoor light with a flash. Set the size of the photo for a higher resolution, with a minimum of 2.5M (2208 x 1248). 4.5M (2784 x 1568) is best.

  1. Stand sideways from any window (facing the window will cause glare).

  2. Have someone else hold the camera or use a tripod and timer.

  3. Use your fingers to open the upper and lower lid so that the whole iris can be seen.

  4. Get close to the camera and look directly into the lense, making sure your eye is in the centre of the photo. Take three to five photos of each iris to choose from.

  5. Check the photo on the viewfinder of your camera to ensure the iris is clear. If it is blurry, there is red eye, there is glare or you can't see the entire iris, try again.

  6. Email three to five images of both your left and right eyes, including your name in the subject line. You can send these in separate emails if the file size is too big.

Here is how to take your iris photos using an iPhone camera

To get the most out of your online iridology session, we recommend you use a digital camera. However, we realise that not everyone has access to one, so an iPhone 4 or later version may be used as a last resort.

If you have access, use a tripod to keep the iPhone stable. Otherwise get someone with a steady hand to take the photo for you. Do not try to take your own photo as it is almost impossible to look into the lense and take the photo yourself.

  1. Take your photo indoors during daylight hours and position yourself close to a window. Be careful to not face directly into the window as it will create glare.

  2. Open the camera function on your phone.

  3. Use your fingers to open the upper and lower lid so that the whole iris can be seen.

  4. Get close to the camera and look directly into the lense, making sure your eye is in the centre of the photo. Take a few photos to choose from.

  5. Move back slightly and repeat to ensure you get a clear shot. Repeat three times.

  6. Zoom in to check your images and make sure you have at least three from each eye that meet the requirements.

  7. Email three to five images of both your left and right eyes, including your name in the subject line. You can send these in separate emails if the file size is too big.
