GRAPHIC DESIGNER – Expressions of Interest

We at Mullen Natural Health Centre are looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics across a range of digital and print media platforms. Working as a part of a dynamic and supportive marketing team, you will be responsible for bringing ideas and inspiration to life. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and effectively communicate clear and concise messages. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. The role requires you to be in-house, one day per week for approximately seven hours and the working day is flexible. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present designs in accordance with branding guidelines
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using appropriate software
• Use the appropriate colours, layouts and guidelines for each platform (digital and print)
• Work with copywriters, marketing and business managers to produce final designs
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements

• Familiarity with design software such as InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Access to your own computer and design programs (Adobe Creative Suite)
• Knowledge of requirements for print media
• Degree, diploma or working portfolio, showcasing your abilities

NATUROPATH – The Herb Bar – Expressions of Interest

Are you a qualified Naturopath or Herbalist with a passion for liquid herbs? Do you love helping people and can think on your feet? We are accepting expressions of interest to join our Herb Bar..

This apothecary-based concept enables patients to discuss acute conditions with an experienced practitioner offering short consultations at the Herb Bar, you will develop bespoke herbal tonics and nutritional advice that are specific to the individual and be at the hub of health care education for our patients.

This important role offers an hourly rate and will be a part-time job share position with our other apothecary team members.
