Have you ever wanted to take a peek at what a Naturopath really eats? Over the next few weeks, we’ll let you in on what our Naturopaths eat to fuel their bodies and share with you their favourite recipes so that you can try it for yourself!

Meet Kate Williams

Kate Williams is a qualified Naturopath specialising in digestive health, weight loss and blood sugar problems, including insulin resistance and diabetes. She has been practicing naturopathy for 10 years (three of which have been with us) and is also one of the only qualified Gut and Psychology Syndrome (GAPS) practitioners in the Hunter region.

Kate is enthusiastic about giving her patients the support and education they need to empower them to take a proactive approach to their own health. She is our fermenting guru and runs regular workshops teaching conscious eating, culturing and fermentation.

Breakfast: Blueberry Pancakes

These blueberry pancakes are a great way to give your body a collagen boost.  They have added collagen powder which is great for promoting glowing, vibrant skin.  They are quick and easy to make for breakfast or afternoon snack. Make them for yourself!

 

Lunch: Chicken and Coconut Soup

Afternoon snack: Raspberry Collagen Smoothie

This anti-aging smoothie is packed with energizing ingredients to support both beauty and brain health.  With the added collagen to help hair, skin and nails and the MCT oil which helps cognition, the antioxidant berries and coconut milk for good fats you are giving overall health a general boost.
