Tracey’s Nut Balls

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup almonds (150g)
  • 1 cup mixed nuts (150g)
  • 40g tahini
  • 40g honey
  • 6 pitted dates
  • 2 tablespoons cacao (healthy alternative to cocoa)

Blend nuts in food processor, add remaining ingredients and roll into bite sized balls. Store
in freezer.
