Paleo sausages and chips

Our super simple mayonnaise mustard sauce is a great companion to have with your choice of meat.

Here we have cooked up some paleo sauages (fantastic for large groyps and people not used to eating wholefoods).

Served with salad, pan fried sweet potato chips, it’s a definite winner!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tablspoon of whole egg mayo
  • 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard.

METHOD:

Combine mayo and mustard to make sauce
