Banana and Cacao Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 Tablespoon cacao
  • 1 Tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1/2 jar almond milk
  • 1 scoop protein

METHOD:

  1. Add a handful of ice
  2. Blend on a high speed for 1 minute
