Breakfast Bowl

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1-2 cups of coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1-2 cups of spinach
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

* You can add probiotics or supplement powders to this to help boost the health benefits.


METHOD:

  1. Place ingredients in a blender and blend until combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
  3. Spinkle granola, chia seeds, bee pollen, goji berries etc on top. Use toppers that you love and that add a little crunch to keep you satisfied for longer.
