Carrot and chickpea pancakes... you've probably never thought of trying them together... but it actually works!
Pancakes are popular with our household - maybe once a week. They are easy to eat for my little girls and are great to pack for school lunches. I always change them up and add as much goodness as I can.
These ones are carrot chia pancakes. Made with chia seeds, almond meal, grated carrot, mashed banana, eggs and almond milk. They are dairy-free, gluten-free and refined sugar-free.
These pancakes are much more satisfying and will keep you full till lunch
