Cauliflower steak and eggs

Cauliflower steak is tasty as well as filling and is a great alternative to toast in the morning.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Cauliflower – 1cm slice
  • One egg
  • Coconut oil or olive oil
  • Ingredients to serve, such as goat’s cheese or avocado.

METHOD:

  1. Bake a 1cm thick slice of cauliflower in the oven until cooked.
  2. Fry an egg in a pan with a little olive or coconut oil.
  3. Serve with avocado, goat’s cheese, beetroot and pine nuts.
