This recipe has been kindly shared by Emily, one of our lovely #mullensmoothiestandoff entrants from 2017! Big thanks and big love Emily!

INGREDIENTS:

Serves 1:
2 tbsp yogurt (I use Greek but coconut also works)
1/2 frozen banana 🍌
2 tbsp protein powder (Your choice! I have used Amazonia RAW purple rice vanilla and acai)
1 tbsp oats
1/2 tbsp LSA
1/2 tbsp psyllium husks
1 1/2 cups water (or a milk of choice to sweeten)
A good dash of extra virgin olive oil (or coconut)
Approx 7 ice cubes


METHOD:
