Grass fed steak with halloumi, zucchini chips and salad leaves

INGREDIENTS:

  • Steak (1 per person)
  • Zucchini (1/2 per person)
  • Coconut oil
  • Mixed salad leaves
  • Halloumi

METHOD:

  1. Cook steaks on the barbeque (to your desire)
  2. In the final moments of the steak being on heat cook thick slices of halloumi on the BBQ, 2-3 minutes either side until browned.

Salad

  1. Finly slice zucchini using a mandolin into circles.
  2. Pan fry in a splash of coconut oil.
  3. Add cooked zucchini to mixed salad leaves
