Peanut Butter and Coconut Balls

INGREDIENTS:

  • 80g oats
  • 40g peanut butter
  • 40g coconut butter
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon maca
  • 40g desicatted coconut + extra for rolling
  • Salt

METHOD:

  1. Blend everything. Mixture is quite dry, add coconut oil if too difficult to handle.
  2. Freeze and enjoy.

*These balls free quite hard, so make sure you wait a few minutes with at room temp before indulging.
