Pikelet Bread

This recipe is gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free!

Our pikelet bread is so easy to make. The dough is formed into little pikelets and you choose the flavour to add on top! They can be made savoury or sweet - the sky is the limit with what toppings you can put on them!

They are great to have in the fridge to quickly grab for a healthy snack or made to pack in school lunches if the school allows nuts.


  • 1 ½ cup almond meal
  • ½ cup tapioca flour
  • ½ teaspoon Himalayan salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons macadamia oil or coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons coconut yogurt
  • 80ml water


  1. Mix ingredients well.
  2. Cook in a pan on medium heat.
  3. Make small pikelet size circles.
  4. Place desired toppings on top.
