Cook time 5-8 minutes

Porridge season is almost upon us! This recipe is so simple and delicious, it will keep you feeling energised all morning.

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ cup Brookfarm Gluten Free Porrij
  • 1 cup of milk of choice (rice milk is particularly yummy)
  • Fruit of choice
  • Toppings of choice

METHOD:

  1. Combine Porrij and milk in a pan until soft and creamy
  2. Transfer to bowl and top with your favourite fruits, nuts or seeds! Shown here with kiwi fruit, hemp seeds, unhulled tahini and a pinch of coconut sugar
