Raspberry Collagen Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 1 scoop good quality protein powder
  • 2 teasp Collagen powder
  • 1 tsp MCT oil or coconut oil

METHOD:

Blend together until well mixed, thick and creamy
