Salmon Omelette

You just can’t go pass the nutritional value and taste of eggs for breakfast!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 eggs
  • splash of milk or water
  • 1/2 can of tinned salmon, unflavoured
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • some cheese, as you like it

METHOD:

  1. Combine egg and milk or water in a bowl. Whisk.
  2. Add salmon and cheese.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  4. Add the mixture and cook one side of the omelette for a minute or until set.
  5. Flip the omelette and heat the other side until it is set.
  6. Fold in half and serve with avocado and the salt and pepper.
